The throat starts to tighten as well. While it may not feel like somebody else is choking you, the lack of air is enough to worry someone.
Then of course the involuntary body movements and skin sensations can occur. You may also have to bear with trembling, muscle spasms, jerking, crawly skin, numbness, and like your body has a mind of its own.
Few panic disorder victims report disturbances in their digestive tract. Stomach upset is frequent. For some of them nausea can lead to vomiting. Diarrhea may occur. For some of them, taste buds are affected. Food may taste like something else, sometimes like it has been exposed to chemicals. The tongue may feel burn. If breathing is affected, attempts to get in big quantities of air may lead to stomach hiccups.
All of your senses may have problems too. Whether it's the ears feeling clogged, dealing with muffled sounds, or like you're in a tunnel it's quite irritating. Then again, you could experience ringing, throbbing or pulsing in the ears as well. It's also possible your vision can become fuzzy.
That was only a few of the many symptoms an individual with a panic attack can bear with. Changes in skin color, fainting or sweating may also occur. Sometime, some patients will experience fatigue or weight changes bring about by panic disorder.
